The Sega Dreamcast may be the most beloved console of all time despite it’s incredibly short lifespan. To hear someone talk about it, you’d think it was the greatest console ever made, and in some respects it was—just no one was paying attention at the time. What about now? Would today’s video game consumers approach the Sega Dreamcast and all of it’s amazing titles differently if the system relaunched with support for modern displays, ethernet, and a new user interface?
